VRYKOLAKAS was formed in July 1991. Band started as a 2-piece band, returned from hiatus in 1999 as a 4-piece band, and since 2008, has been persevering as a 3-piece band. VRYKOLAKAS has been influenced by many death metal and early black metal bands, even thrash metal and grindcore bands. Therefore, songs vary depending on the ideas during the songwriting process. This means that listeners will be able to enjoy varied influences infused into death metal-oriented songs.
After bringing chaos and destruction upon mankind, Singapore's VRYKOLAKAS returns with "Nocturnal Dominion Of Death". Eight commandments to rule the realms of death, seductive to the worshippers of IMMOLATION, INCANTATION, GRAVE, SEANCE, FUNEBRE, PHLEGETHON and the notorious 90s American and European death metal entities. Horrifying voices, monstrous melodies and torturous beats sends feeble humans to the afterlife.
“Nocturnal Dominion Of Death” was dragged across Barzakh through the infernal portals of Studio 47 by Mr Nizam Aziz between December 2021 to October 2023.
