Veine Morte DSBM by Nyghlfar
If the music is so bleak, reflecting the discomfort and depression triggered by a world that seems unsuitable for us, isn't it a veritable train of thought to dive into the abysmal depths of a life we can't/won't see any more of? Music, a vector of emotions par excellence, is used on this CD by Veine Morte like a razor, agonizingly waiting to be opened...
After a delicious piano introduction by the talented Erroiak, the haunting guitars with their raw sound immediately put us in the right mood. Everything is just deep black in the melodies, Max Nyghlfar has been active in black metal for some time and has many projects, one more interesting than the other (Nuit macabre really impressed me, for example). And what can we say about Alrinack, whose numerous productions in the French extreme scene are also worth recommending. The whole thing forms the soundtrack to a life of depression and reminds us that life is short and that those who suffer the most are ultimately the ones who remain.
The album is completed by a track featuring Maxime Taccardi, who tears apart any
ambitions of resistance to this opus with his screams. A true lesson in unhealthy impregnation, poignant French lyrics, consuming music... Thank you for this journey to our tortured souls.
Line up:
Alrinack: lyrics, vocals
Nyghlfar: guitars, vocals
Erroiak: Piano
