CORROSIVE ELEMENTS is a Death Metal band with Thrash, Crossover/Punk influences.
The death-thrashers Corrosive Elements come from the suburbs of Paris and are releasing their second studio album, “Cut The Serpent's Head”. Founded in 2005, the band released an EP as their first sign of life in 2008, their debut album in 2015 and a live album in 2016, and they have shared festival stages with bands like Death Angel, Darkane, Loudblast and Sinister.
Musically, the French have dedicated themselves to a powerful death thrash variant that, while not without a certain amount of melody, does not border on melodic death metal. Corrosive Elements tend to take a more old-school approach; the band info cites influences such as Slayer, old Sepultura, Entombed, Napalm Death and Obituary, which pretty much describes the sound.
