Bloodmoon is an Arnhem-based metal band, formed in 2016, that mixes old school death with Death 'n' Roll.
How beautifully it flows, riffing, rhythm section and those classic def vocals. The crew is from the Netherlands and you can hear it clearly, a lot of early Sinister, Gorefest but there are also a hundred other influences from the most important classic bands. The 14 tracks and 40 minutes burst like a bottle of cold lomn. There are some definite punches on the album like The War Is Over and the massacring closer Waterboarding. 30 years ago if they had recorded an album like this the folks would have been so flabbergasted that the veins on the counter would have burst and so it's just a breath of extinct times.
